About the product

USFD Connect is a telemetry and fleet-management platform for railway ultrasonic flaw detection (USFD). It ingests readings from USFD trolleys and weld testers over the cellular network, tracks test chainage and coverage, logs and maps rail defects, monitors calibration and operators, and produces PDF and Excel test-km and defect reports — all from a central web dashboard with role-based access for viewers, provisioners and administrators.

It is developed by Electronic & Engineering Co. (I) Pvt. Ltd. (EECI), a manufacturer and supplier of non-destructive testing (NDT) instrumentation for railways, industry and research.
